Providence Medical Group is seeking a per diem Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our critical care team, where advanced practice clinicians are trusted with meaningful autonomy and backed by exceptional support. In this role, you ll practice in both Santa Rosa and Petaluma, CA which are surrounded by rolling hills, scenic landscapes, and the welcoming spirit of wine country while contributing to a mission driven team dedicated to serving patients across Sonoma County. Qualifications:
- Completion of accredited NP or PA program
- 1+ years of Critical Care Advanced Practice Provider experience.
- 1+ years of ICU/critical care nursing experience preferred
- Proficiency with procedures including intubation, central line placement, arterial line placement, thoracentesis, and paracentesis required
- Ability to manage critical situations and codes

- Compensation is between $94.55-$119.57 per hour
The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
