Have lost 2 providers over the last 3 years in the clinics. What is the salary range? $360,000-$400,000 How long is the salary guaranteed for? Looking at 2 years base compensation and then strictly WRVU model Is there a production bonus system and what is this based off? WRVU model for all productivity, surgeries, visit, etc Is there a sign-on bonus and relocation offered? Yes both.
