Join our 5 Star Team as a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) working the 6:45 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. shift at a nonprofit facility. This opportunity includes great benefits and the chance to contribute to a mission-driven care environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing care during overnight shifts.
- Monitor residents and respond to their healthcare needs.
- Administer treatments and medications as directed.
- Document care and communicate pertinent updates to the care team.
- Support a safe, respectful, and person-centered environment.
