Permanent Primary Care position in Connecticut

Job Details

BC/BE in Family or Internal Medicine
Joining a nonprofit healthcare system
Full-time, permanent position
Either 4 or 5-day work week - no weekend work
100% Outpatient work
Call taken by phone call only, average 2 call weekends per year and 1 weeknight every 2 months
Teaching optional with faculty appointment
EMR is EPIC
Base Salary with uncapped incentive bonus plus full benefits package
Partnership track
Will acceot H1b visa sponorships
