About the Opportunity:
- Join one other Colorectal Surgeon and 2 other General Surgeons
- Call coverage every 4th day and every 4th weekend
- Surgical procedures and scopes are performed at three local hospitals and ASC throughout their catchment area
Compensation/Benefits:
- Partnership offering in 3 years - $1,000 administrative fees, there is no buy-in to PACT
- MSO shares would be offered for purchase at fair market value after being a Partner for 6 months
- Market Rate Salary with wRVU Incentive Bonus
- Sign-on bonus
- Moving expenses are covered in full with receipts
- 85% of the monthly health benefits cost
- STD, LTD, and Life Insurance
- $3,500 annual allowance for CME
