This is a hands-on caseload - you'll manage matters from intake through resolution, including case evaluation, discovery, negotiation, and trial, representing injured individuals and their families. Job Details Active Pennsylvania bar admission in good standing. Civil litigation experience - plaintiff personal injury experience is a plus, but insurance-defense litigation experience is welcome and directly relevant.
