This role will oversee our multifamily, condo, mixed-use, and affordable-housing portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vertical and mid-rise construction, with a proven track record of problem-solving and project management. Responsibilities: Oversee all stages of project life cycle, including initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure. Manage and coordinate with project team members and subcontractors, ensuring all work is carried out according to plan. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements. Lead problem-solving efforts on the job site, identifying potential issues and implementing effective solutions. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities. Prepare and present project updates and progress reports to senior management. Implement cost control measures to ensure project is delivered within budget. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Superintendent role, specifically within the construction industry. Proven experience managing multifamily, condo, mixed-use and affordable-housing construction projects. Strong knowledge of vertical and mid-rise construction. Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a knack for identifying and resolving issues promptly and effectively. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in the use of construction management software and technology. Solid understanding of construction safety regulations and best practices. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents. Excellent time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
