Construction Laborer - Certified Flagger / OSHA 10

Location: Broward & Miami-Dade Counties, FL
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: 6:30AM ( PART-TIME, FULL-TIME, OT )

Job Description

We are hiring dependable Construction Laborers with valid Flagger and OSHA 10 certifications for on-call assignments at construction sites throughout Broward and Miami-Dade Counties.

Candidates must be flexible, have reliable transportation, and be comfortable performing traffic control and general construction labor duties.

Responsibilities

• Direct traffic safely around active construction zones.
• Set up and remove traffic cones, barricades, and safety signs.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving construction materials.
• Perform general construction labor and site cleanup.
• Maintain safe work zones for workers, motorists, and pedestrians.
• Follow OSHA regulations and job site safety procedures.

Mandatory Requirements

• Valid Flagger Certification - REQUIRED
• OSHA 10 Construction Certification - REQUIRED
• Reliable transportation to job sites throughout Broward and Miami-Dade Counties.
• Flexible availability for on-call assignments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous construction or traffic control experience.
• Knowledge of Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) procedures.
• Experience working on active construction sites.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $18.00/hour
• Schedule: 6:30 AM (8 to 10 hours shifts)
• Locations: Broward County and Miami-Dade County, FL
