Position Highlights

- Provide comprehensive, coordinated, patient-focused care
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and manage acute, chronic, and long-term medical conditions, with a primary focus on chronic pain patients.
Develop individualized treatment plans and provide appropriate follow-up care.
Educate patients and families on treatment options, medications, and preventive healthcare.
Lead and collaborate with clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, peer reviews, and medical staff meetings.
Coordinate care and connect patients with appropriate healthcare and community resources.
Required Qualifications
Current, unrestricted Idaho license appropriate to the provider's role.
Current BLS certification.
Current, unrestricted DEA certificate.
Controlled Substance Certificate from the Idaho Board of Pharmacy.
Ability to maintain medical staff privileges with Syringa Hospital.
Preferred: Current ACLS certification.
