- Connersville Office: 2 Pediatricians, 2 Family Medicine Physicians, 4 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) - Brookville Office: 1 Family Medicine Physician, 1 APPEducation/Experience:- Board Eligible or Board Certified Required: Pediatrics
- Experience Required: Opened to newly trained and practicing physicians
- Licensure: Indiana Medical License
- Certifications: Must maintain BLS/ACLS
