Overview In this role you will drive inorganic growth by leading deal origination, evaluation and integration efforts within Accenture's North America Corporate Development team. You will work closely with senior leadership to structure deals, create business cases and valuation models, and manage post-merger integration. You will mobilize cross-functional teams, establish governance, and shape operating and integration models for acquired firms. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that blends finance, strategy, and program management to accelerate value creation.

Responsibilities- Develop and oversee M&A pipeline and financial models to evaluate targets
- Coordinate due diligence across internal and external parties and craft negotiation strategies
- Prepare materials for Investment Committee and presentations to Senior Leadership
- Lead deal lifecycle workshops and manage cross-functional stakeholders
- Track milestones and PMI progress, producing status reports for leadership
- Coordinate program management activities across Go-to-Market, HR, Finance, Legal, Tax, and Workplace
- Contribute to IP development including AI Agents, lessons learned, and templates
Key requirements- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Operations or Finance at a large corporation
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 3 years of team leadership experience
- Exposure to M&A activity preferred
- Strong MS PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Excellent analytical, writing and verbal skills
- Strong program management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Proficiency with AI tools and creation of AI Agents
