Overview In this role you will support state governments by analyzing Medicaid and pharmacy data to derive insights that improve value and efficiency in healthcare programs. You will collaborate with pharmacists, actuaries, and financial specialists to translate data into actionable recommendations for rate development and program design. You'll work in a hybrid setup, partner with cross-functional teams, and use data-driven methods, including AI-enabled tools, to solve complex government health services challenges. Responsibilities- Analyze Medicaid pharmacy data to support pharmacy efficiencies and rate development
- Present analysis clearly, outlining models, steps, findings, and adapt based on feedback
- Leverage AI and technology-enabled tools to drive insights
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables with clients and project managers
- Maintain regular client and team communications to review status, manage scope, budget, and timelines
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of healthcare financial analysis or pharmacy analysis experience including financial modeling or rate development
- Ability to work on team projects in a dynamic environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced MS Excel analytical skills

- SAS (Statistical Analysis System) software experience including data management and advanced analytics
- PBM experience or knowledge
