Recruitment Operations Team Lead

In this role you will lead talent acquisition projects and manage a recruitment team to support the organization's hiring objectives. You will collaborate with senior leaders to optimize tool usage and branding, shaping how we attract and assess candidates. You'll work closely with sourcing partners, participate in interview processes, and drive training and onboarding to elevate the recruitment function. This position offers impact through brand-driven recruiting and process improvements.

• Lead recruitment projects and allocate team members
• Hold monthly reviews with director on projects and tool usage
• Conduct one-on-one monthly reviews with recruiters
• Promote and lead recruitment branding initiatives
• Collaborate with sourcing team to strengthen branding
• Utilize HRIS and recruitment marketing tools
• Source candidates for open positions
• Participate in interview panels for new recruiters
• Review employment applications and background checks
• Provide feedback on recruitment tools and processes to Manager/Director
• Assist in annual recruitment team training and onboarding
• Utilize sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles
• Attend career fairs and similar events
