Responsibilities- Write and develop video scripts for educational content and testimonials
- Translate complex healthcare information into accessible content for patients and caregivers
- Collaborate with clinical experts, internal stakeholders, and clients to ensure accuracy and impact
- Conduct research, prepare interview questions, and create supporting materials
- Support content planning, including outlines, story structure, and creative approaches
- Participate in pre-production activities such as script reviews and shoot planning
- Produce video shoots, coordinating talent and production logistics
- Collaborate with directors, editors, and animators to realize content
Key requirements- Experience writing and producing video content
- Experience in video content creation
- Background in video production, journalism, communications, or a related field
- Strong scriptwriting and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt complex topics for different audiences
- Experience producing video content from concept through final delivery
- Strong understanding of video production workflows (pre-, production, post-)
- Experience collaborating with subject matter experts, clients, and creative teams
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
