DESCRIPTION:

Start ASAP ongoing

Monday Friday 8a-6p

Hospital setting

12 patients a day 6-7 consults/day

All adult patients

Must have 1 year of palliative care experience

REQUIREMENTS:

NY Active State License

DEA

BLS
