75 Seminary hill rd, Carmel, NY
Schedules Availables:
2:30p-11p, 5 days per week, rotating weekends
12pm-8:30pm 5 shifts per week, alterning weekends
9am-5:30pm 5 shifts per week 2-4 weekend shift per month
Salary range: $27.74 - $37.35

What You'll Do
- Provide nursing care based on patients' needs, medical orders, and established protocols.
- Administer medications and monitor patients during detoxification.
- Assess patients' conditions and report important changes to the medical team.
- Assist with triage for minor injuries and illnesses.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records while protecting patient confidentiality.
- Support patients as they progress through treatment and prepare for the next level of care.
What We're Looking For
- Current, valid New York State LPN license.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
- Experience in addiction treatment, substance use recovery, or mental health is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality patient care.
