Commission Analyst

In this FP&A role, you will solve cross-functional financial problems with a focus on revenue, sales, and commissions for the Americas. You'll build driver-based models, forecast performance, and support strategic decisions alongside sales teams. This position sits within Sinch's Americas FP&A team, partnering with executives to deliver data-driven insights. You'll shape scalable financial frameworks and reporting processes, driving value for stakeholders in a fast-growing tech environment.

• Lead sales and commissions analysis for the Americas
• Develop and maintain driver-based financial and gross margin models
• Own forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting cycles
• Prepare monthly Sales Commission statements for stakeholders
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to inform leadership decisions
• Evaluate financial impact of new business opportunities and services
• Generate reports to support executive decision-making
• Build scalable financial frameworks, systems, and databases
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive process improvements and manage multiple priorities

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 1+ years FP&A / related experience (or 2+ years in accounting or business)
• Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts) and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Tableau and Power Platform (Power BI, Automate, DAX, M, Power Query, Power Pivot)
• Strong analytical and forecasting/modeling skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to translate data for stakeholders
• Autonomy, curiosity, and ability to work with senior executives in a fast-paced tech environment
