Pulmonology - Critical Care Physician

Great Opportunity for a B/e B/c Pulmonologist/cc physician who is looking for an inpatient-Outpatient Hospital Employed Practice offered by a 312-bed hospital in East Central Mississippi.

Base Salary is $400k, plus a Sign on Bonus, Incentives, Benefits and Malpractice

You will be overseeing an 18-bed ICU Closed Critical Care Unit which includes medical & surgical patients. Intensivist run the unit.

You will be joining a group of 3 Pulmonologists.

Call is 1 in 4.

Clinic 4 days with admin.

One week in the unit. Three weeks in the clinic

Hospitalist program to support 24/7

Internal Medicine Residency program with 18 residents accepting 6 per year

Teaching is a Plus

Loan repayment and monthly stipend available

They offer Sponsorship for J1Visa and H1B Visa Physicians for year 2026 & 2027 with an experienced legal team

This area of East Central Mississippi thrives on its unique and rich heritage along with its traditional southern charm. Plenty of outdoor activities including Golf are available year-round.
