Full-time coverage needed
Provider must cover a minimum of one week at a time
4 clinic days per week
1 procedure day per week
1:4 call rotation
Practice Setting: Outpatient
Patients Per Clinic Day: 30+
Procedures Per Procedure Day: 8+
No admissions required
No rounding responsibilities
EMR: Epic
Hospital/Surgery Center Privileges Required
Stroke-Certified Hospital
Trauma Level II
Call Ratio: 1:4
Response Time: 20 minutes
Requirements: Board Certified Ophthalmology, BLS
Estimated Timeframe: 90 Days
