  • Start Date: January 1, 2027

  • Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
  • Full-time coverage needed
  • Provider must cover a minimum of one week at a time
  • 4 clinic days per week
  • 1 procedure day per week
  • 1:4 call rotation
  • Practice Setting: Outpatient
  • Patients Per Clinic Day: 30+
  • Procedures Per Procedure Day: 8+
  • No admissions required
  • No rounding responsibilities
  • EMR: Epic
  • Hospital/Surgery Center Privileges Required
  • Stroke-Certified Hospital
  • Trauma Level II
  • Call Ratio: 1:4
  • Response Time: 20 minutes
  • Requirements: Board Certified Ophthalmology, BLS
  • Estimated Timeframe: 90 Days
