Overview In this global role, you lead learning and development to strengthen leadership, management, and organizational capability in support of the company's high-performance culture. You'll align initiatives with business goals, partnering with senior leadership and HR to design and deliver impactful programs worldwide. You drive data-informed decisions, leverage AI and emerging tech, and ensure programs meet strategic outcomes. This hands-on, cross-functional leadership position shapes talent, succession, and organizational effectiveness at scale.
Responsibilities- Design and oversee leadership, functional, technical, and talent development programs aligned to corporate objectives
- Leverage AI and emerging tech to boost performance and streamline processes
- Partner with senior leadership and global BU leads to identify needs and create targeted training
- Ensure solid project plans for new learning products with the global HR team
- Measure outcomes and provide actionable insights to inform talent decisions
- Deliver comprehensive organizational development offerings including leadership, succession, coaching, and change management
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in related fields or 10 years of directly related experience in lieu of degree
- High School Diploma required
- Demonstrable corporate experience in leadership/organizational development with global exposure
- Global/international experience and collaboration with cross-border teams
- Experience with Talent Management, Performance Management, and Succession Planning
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Coaching and facilitation
- Strong presentation and storytelling abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- HRIS experience
- Data analytics capabilities to evaluate learning needs and outcomes
