Position Overview
As a Physician Assistant in our outpatient primary care team, you'll deliver comprehensive care to patients of all ages. Based primarily in Tombstone, with support across nearby clinics, you'll manage a variety of acute and chronic conditions, focusing on preventive care and patient education. You'll collaborate with physicians and clinic staff in a supportive environment that prioritizes patient care over administrative tasks.
Position Highlights
- Annual salary: $100,725.73 - $142,225.00, based on experience
- $25,000 sign-on bonus with a 3-year commitment
- Monday-Friday outpatient schedule
- PA-only role (experienced PAs preferred)
- 5 paid CME days with a $4,500 annual CME stipend
- 10 paid holidays
