Overview In this BRM Senior role, you manage a portfolio of large, profitable business clients and deepen relationships through tailored banking solutions. You will drive deposit growth, product deepening, and client retention while leveraging referrals to broaden the primary bank relationship. Responsibilities- Manage and deepen a portfolio of 100 business clients with annual revenue > $5M
- Provide business deposit, cash management, and credit guidance up to $15M; assist with sizeable credit deals as needed
- Deliver customized banking solutions aligned with client needs and profitability of the portfolio
- Apply knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit, and risk management to propose proactive, profitable solutions
- Build networks and prospects using industry knowledge and Chase resources
- Conduct regular client meetings (in-person/virtual) to cultivate long-term primary banking relationships
- Understand owners' personal financial goals and coordinate with Branch, Wealth Management and Private Bank to deliver integrated solutions
- Utilize treasury product knowledge and collaborate with product specialists for end-to-end onboarding and follow-up to expand solutions
- Adhere to risk management protocols and regulatory requirements
Key requirements- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience
- Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products; knowledge of business credit underwriting with commercial training
- Proven ability to anticipate client needs and deliver customized solutions
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to influence decisions and leverage technology for client interactions
- Excellent organizational skills, able to manage priorities and meet tight deadlines
