Responsibilities- Design an end-to-end mass-reach media roadmap unifying linear and digital channels
- Direct upfront media buying, direct network partnerships, and programmatic investments
- Collaborate on creative strategy to develop high-converting, platform-native assets
- Oversee multi-channel budgets with an ROI-focused lens and optimize for downstream lifetime value
- Coordinate with analytics to optimize tracking configurations, incrementality tests, and MMM integrations
- Translate performance data into actionable insights and executive-ready business cases
Key requirements- 8+ years in media planning or marketing with leadership of mass-media portfolios (Linear, CTV, Audio)
- Experience with Linear TV, CTV/YouTube, Broadcast Radio, Streaming Radio, Podcasting, OOH
- Proficiency with ad-serving/attribution tools (e.g., ArtsAI, Innovid, Flashtalking)
- Strong ability to translate data into creative direction and testing matrices
- MBA (advantageous) and background in subscription-based or telecom/entertainment sectors
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related quantitative field
