Family Practice - Outpatient Only
Timeframe:
Summer/Fall 2026
Specialty Needed:
Family Practice/Sports Medicine BC or BE, DO or MD
Starting Salary:
First year's salary is guaranteed as well as full benefits. There is a productivity bonus plan in year one and full productivity plan in year two and beyond.
Call Schedule:
Call is split weekly between existing MD and PA, call rotation would be every 3 weeks by phone only, hospitalist team available to support the practice.
Benefits:
Health Insurance for physician and family, malpractice insurance, $1,500 per year CME allowance, up to $7,500 in eligible relocation expenses and 20 paid days off plus holidays are covered. Employees are eligible to participate in 401k through Fidelity after 60 days of employment.

- Reduced Fee Schedule for Office Visits
All providers and diagnostic services provided by FMC will be priced at 70% of the Current Medicare Allowable (Locality 99) fee schedule for HDHP Plan participants. When you utilize an FMC provider a lower annual deductible and lower copays for primary physician, specialist physician and urgent care visits as well as a lower employee coinsurance. This applies to both employees and dependents.
