Hours: M-F 7am-3:30pm

Job Description

• Assemble cable harnesses and electronic/electromechanical assemblies.
• Cut, strip, crimp, terminate, and mark wires and cables.
• Read and follow electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, wire lists, and assembly instructions.
• Use hand tools including wire strippers, crimpers, soldering irons, screwdrivers, pliers, and wrenches.
• Perform hand soldering and de-soldering of through-hole and SMT components.
• Follow ESD procedures and quality standards.
• Use basic electronic test equipment and assembly equipment as needed.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of cable harness assembly experience required.
• Experience reading and following electrical schematics.
• Experience with wire preparation, crimping, and soldering.
• Strong attention to detail.

Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis. You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions. Once both qualifiers are met you must complete the enrollment packet and your benefits will start on the first of the subsequent month.
