You will craft target states, roadmaps, and governance to accelerate innovation while reducing technical debt. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and align corporate AI initiatives with standards and enterprise references. Responsibilities- Architect within a specific domain of Corporate Architecture supporting corporate technology and units
- Enable reusable AI patterns across teams and products
- Contribute to target state architecture and roadmaps for scalable AI adoption
- Support technology modernization initiatives
- Help minimize technical debt through continuous transformation
- Build foundational relationships and secure stakeholder buy-in
- Partner with Enterprise AI Architect to align domain AI solutions with governance and standards
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related STEM field and 4+ years of architecture/software engineering experience
- 4+ years of architecture/engineering experience beyond the degree
- Hands-on experience with modern technologies and AI solution patterns
- Experience with API-first and event-driven architecture; MCP familiarity a plus
- Exposure to or experience with LLM-enabled applications and related observability, latency, and cost considerations
- Experience in an agile operating model; insurance tech experience or corporate capability domains preferred
- Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills
