Enterprise Electrical Contractors, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead commercial, industrial, and healthcare electrical projects throughout Connecticut.
We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated electrician who can lead crews, manage job-site responsibilities, read plans, coordinate installations, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to code.

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise electricians and apprentices on assigned job sites.
- Coordinate daily electrical installation activities and crew assignments.
- Install and oversee commercial, industrial, and healthcare electrical systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, specifications, and project plans.
- Plan layouts for conduit, wiring, panels, lighting, equipment, and other electrical systems.
- Ensure installations meet NEC, state, local, and project-specific code requirements.
- Monitor productivity, workmanship, material usage, and project progress.
- Troubleshoot electrical systems and resolve job-site installation issues.
- Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, inspectors, and other trades.
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites.
- Ensure crews follow company safety procedures and OSHA requirements.
- Track tools, materials, equipment, and job-site needs.
- Communicate project updates, delays, and material requirements to management.
- Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Current Connecticut E-2 Electrical License required.
- Previous experience working as an Electrical Foreman, Lead Electrician, or Journeyman Electrician with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong commercial and/or industrial electrical experience.
- Ability to supervise and direct small to mid-sized electrical crews.
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code and Connecticut electrical requirements.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and electrical specifications.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must provide required hand tools.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound job-site decisions.
Preferred Experience
- Healthcare electrical construction experience.
- Commercial construction and renovation projects.
- Industrial electrical installations.
- Experience coordinating with general contractors and other trades.
- OSHA 30 and/or NFPA 70E training.

Schedule
- Full-time.
- Primarily 8-hour shifts.
- Overtime may be available or required depending on project needs.
Work Location
Multiple job-site locations throughout Connecticut.
