Overview In this long-term contract, you will lead full-cycle recruiting activities and partner with leaders to understand staffing priorities. You will coordinate candidate outreach, interviews, and selection, ensuring a smooth hiring process in a fast-paced environment. You guide hiring decisions with professionalism and sound judgment, while aligning hiring strategies with operational goals. You help build strong candidate pipelines through internal and external sourcing and represent the organization at staffing events to attract talent. Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end recruiting activities including intake, outreach, interview coordination, and selection support for open positions
- Partner with supervisors and business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop practical hiring strategies
- Evaluate applicants from multiple sources and present candidates with relevant experience and recommendations
- Coordinate interview schedules and maintain consistent communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Prepare and deliver employment offers and manage pre-employment steps and relocation when needed
- Monitor compensation, benefits, and broader HR practices to inform hiring decisions
- Track recruiting activity, maintain records, and provide reporting to support workforce planning
