Overview

In this role you will lead FP&A for CoreWeaves supply chain and technical design organizations, guiding forecasts, budgets, and long-term plans. You will partner with engineering and operations to align financial outcomes with infrastructure investments in GPUs, CPUs, and networking hardware. Your impact spans cost optimization, capital allocation, and scalable finance processes in a fast-growing AI compute company. Responsibilities
  • Lead FP&A for the supply chain and technical design organizations, including forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance
  • Partner with engineering teams to optimize financial considerations in compute and networking hardware design
  • Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and engineering to develop strategies that improve financial performance
  • Align with supply chain, product, and hardware engineering on infrastructure BOM costing and rate cards
  • Work with DC, Infrastructure, and supply chain leadership to optimize hardware costs and set savings targets
  • Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals
  • Collaborate with product, capacity planning, and sales to support business goals
Key requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field
  • 10-15+ years of progressive FP&A, strategic finance, or operations finance experience
  • Experience supporting supply chain, infrastructure, hardware, manufacturing or other capital-intensive operations
  • Demonstrated people leadership and ability to build high-performing teams
  • Extensive experience with financial modeling tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, Tableau)
  • Ability to operate in a fast-growing, ambiguous, matrixed environment
