Overview

In this role, you will architect and optimize the end-to-end content lifecycle across Adobe platforms to support scalable marketing operations. You will sit at the crossroads of marketing, creative production, and technology, owning the vision for content planning, creation, review, approval and activation at scale. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design integrated workflows and governance across the Adobe Content Supply Chain. Your work will enable faster time-to-market and higher asset reuse while shaping the future-state platform roadmap. This is a strategic, hands-on opportunity to influence how large-scale content ecosystems perform.

Responsibilities
  • Architect end-to-end content supply chain across Adobe Workfront, AEM, GenStudio, Creative Cloud and related tools
  • Design Workfront object models, intake workflows, and routing to reflect marketing production processes
  • Define integration architecture between Workfront and downstream marketing tech (Creative Cloud, AEM Assets, AEM Sites, Journey Optimizer)
  • Establish taxonomy, metadata, and asset governance across the Adobe ecosystem
  • Build and optimize workflows with Workfront Fusion and automate asset handoffs to accelerate time-to-market
  • Design AI-assisted content workflows leveraging Firefly and GenStudio for content velocity
  • Partner with marketing, brand, legal, and tech teams to map current-state operations and design future-state solutions
  • Lead design sessions and executive presentations; drive change management and adoption across teams
  • Define configuration standards, conduct audits, and measure content throughput and campaign velocity
  • Own the technical roadmap aligned to Adobe product releases and business growth
Key requirements
  • 5+ years in marketing technology, creative/content operations architecture
  • 4+ years hands-on Adobe Workfront configuration/architecture at enterprise scale
  • 3+ years designing or implementing Adobe Content Supply Chain (Workfront + AEM + Creative Cloud)
  • 1+ year Workfront Fusion for cross-platform automation
  • 1+ year integrating Workfront with Creative Cloud and activation platforms (e.g., Frame.io)
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
