Responsibilities
Develop new business and grow sales within an assigned territory.
Build relationships with stone fabricators, contractors, builders, remodelers, designers, and kitchen & bath companies.
Conduct regular customer visits, showroom visits, and jobsite visits.
Prospect for new accounts while growing existing customer relationships.
Reactivate inactive accounts and develop repeat business.
Present and promote the company's quartz and stone products, pricing, inventory, and services.
Negotiate pricing and close sales while maintaining healthy margins.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular sales updates.
Requirements
3+ years of proven outside B2B sales experience preferred.
Existing customer base or strong industry relationships in Georgia/Atlanta is highly preferred.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Self-motivated, aggressive in business development, and results-oriented.
This position is ideal for an established sales professional who already knows the Georgia stone, countertop, construction, or remodeling market and can bring new customers and business relationships to the company.
