Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer inquiries, orders, quotes, and product availability.

Develop and maintain relationships with fabricators, contractors, builders, designers, and other trade customers.

Follow up on quotes, leads, and inactive accounts to generate sales.

Recommend quartz and stone products based on customer needs.

Coordinate with warehouse, delivery, and operations teams to ensure orders are completed accurately.

Maintain customer information and sales activity in the company system.

Meet sales targets and help grow repeat business.

Requirements
2+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience preferred.

Existing customer relationships or industry contacts are a strong plus.

Strong communication, follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills.

Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.

Bilingual skills are a plus.
