What You ll Do
  • Provide compassionate hospice care aligned with patient needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care
  • Document all patient care activities accurately and timely
  • Follow established protocols and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Assist with care planning and symptom management
  • Support families and loved ones through end-of-life processes
What You Need
  • Valid RN license or equivalent healthcare certification
  • Minimum 2 years of hospice care experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and compassionately
  • Knowledge of hospice care standards and practices
