Overview In this contract Senior Sourcer role, you will partner with Talent Acquisition recruiters to build targeted, diverse candidate pipelines and deliver fully screened candidates for 10+ active requisitions. You will craft tailored sourcing strategies across multiple channels, conduct comprehensive initial screens, and maintain clear screening notes to support hiring decisions. Your work directly influences recruiter efficiency, candidate experience, and pipeline health, contributing to broader TA initiatives. This role offers impact by shaping quality hires and scalable sourcing processes within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Partner with recruiters to understand requisitions, qualifications, and service expectations
- Manage sourcing and initial screening for 10+ requisitions simultaneously
- Develop tailored sourcing strategies across channels (job boards, networks, social media, referrals, talent communities)
- Identify and engage active and passive candidates for current and future roles
- Conduct thorough initial screens and document qualifications, motivations, and fit
- Present fully screened candidates with concise screening notes
- Maintain pipeline health, share market insights, and adjust strategies as needed
- Build reusable pipelines for high-volume or specialized roles
- Maintain accurate candidate activity and pipeline data in Workday and recruiting tools
- Provide a professional, inclusive candidate experience and support TA initiatives
Key requirements- Experience sourcing and screening candidates in corporate, agency, or RPO settings
- Ability to engage passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, and social platforms
- Experience with structured screening and evaluating against job requirements
- Capability to manage 10+ concurrent requisitions and meet deadlines
- Strong partnership and service-oriented mindset with recruiters
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to summarize qualifications clearly
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems; Workday experience preferred
- Comfort using data to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and adjust strategies
