Overview As an HR business partner, you partner with leadership to shape and execute workforce strategies that align with business priorities. You'll drive talent development, organization design, workforce planning, and employee engagement to strengthen the organization. You'll diagnose talent needs, coach leaders, and translate business challenges into people initiatives. Responsibilities- Partner with business leaders to develop workforce strategies focused on talent development, organization design, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement
- Consult with leaders to diagnose talent needs and recommend solutions
- Coach leaders to build capabilities aligned with business priorities
- Translate labor-market and talent trends into actionable HR initiatives
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to implement business-focused HR solutions
- Work with HR Operations to ensure high levels of service delivery and governance, mitigating risk
Key requirements- 10+ years of experience as an HR business partner or generalist
- Experience delivering workforce and talent solutions (organization design, workforce planning, engagement, talent development, succession planning)
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate operational issues into talent initiatives
- Experience using workforce data to generate insights and recommendations
- Ability to influence decision makers
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and consultative skills
