Overview In this role you will partner with corporate leaders to design and scale a bespoke HR organization that aligns with EquipmentShare's culture and growth. You will act as a trusted coach and thought partner, establishing standard work, KPIs, and career development pathways. The position focuses on building governance for talent and performance across the company as a new function. You will collaborate across functions to implement people-first processes and drive strategic HR initiatives that support scalable growth.

Responsibilities- Evaluate and shape Corp HRBP needs; establish standard work and KPIs; coach leaders
- Manage stakeholder relationships; build trust; clarify roles across groups
- Develop bespoke, culture-aligned talent and people strategies; advocate for employees
- Lay the foundation for talent management and performance processes; partner with Senior HRBP
- Collaborate with Talent Management, HRSS, PFO Operations, Talent Acquisition, L&D, and P&T to align processes and career journeys
Key requirements- 5+ years in a similar HR environment with team-building experience
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functionally across geographies
- Experience solving ambiguous problems with strong attention to detail
- Experience creating program charters, timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communications
- Experience creating/enabling Diversity and Inclusion strategies
- Bachelor in Business Administration or related field (see education)
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
