Overview As an onsite HRBP for STANLEY Engineered Fastening, you partner with site leadership to implement people policies and programs. You will drive talent management, total rewards, employee experience, and labor relations to support business goals. You'll handle recruitment for hourly staff, training, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives while upholding confidentiality and compliance. Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and coordinate site HR policies and programs (employment, labor relations, compensation, training, health and safety, benefits, services)
- Apply strategic talent management to improve retention, development, and career growth
- Manage site compensation, rewards, and recognition aligned with total rewards strategy
- Foster clear communications and high employee engagement within the facility
- Provide HR advice, counsel, investigations, mediation, and coaching to leaders and teams
- Support workforce planning to balance staffing with workload and business results
- Recruit hourly workforce to meet targets
- Assess and implement learning and development solutions
- Act as change agent for organizational change and transformation
- Identify areas for process standardization and automation and drive solutions
Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field
- 3-5 years of progressive HR experience
- Working knowledge of employment law and industry best practices
- Proven ability to build strong relationships across organization
- Excellent communication, influencing, presentation, and leadership skills
- Results-oriented with strong project prioritization
- Professional and customer-focused with confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Workday a plus
