Overview

In this role you partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with commercial goals. You act as a trusted advisor across talent, organization and workforce priorities, driving people solutions that support business results. You will champion inclusion, manage complex people issues, and influence decisions with practical guidance. You'll work across corporate offices, field locations, and remote teams to enable a high-performing culture. This is an opportunity to shape HR programs in a dynamic energy business and across time zones.

Responsibilities
  • Implement HR strategies aligned with business needs and drive change management
  • Build strong relationships with leaders to support talent reviews, succession planning, and action plans
  • Promote inclusion and opportunity to foster a high-performing culture
  • Partner on interpretation and administration of HR policies, programs, and compensation and benefits
  • Provide practical guidance and consistent people decisions aligned to enterprise HR priorities
  • Deliver performance and leadership consulting, including training, needs assessments, and leadership development
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to address changing business needs
  • Conduct employee dispute investigations and participate in union negotiations when applicable
  • Lead or support special HR projects and process improvements, including enterprise-wide initiatives
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; degree in HR, Labor & Industrial Relations, or related field preferred
  • Four or more years of HR experience; HRBP or HR Generalist experience preferred
  • Experience in energy-related industries or similar environments is a plus
