Responsibilities- Develop trusted advisor relationships with business leaders to understand strategy, operating context, and performance priorities
- Lead structured discovery to identify root causes of performance gaps (learning and non-learning factors)
- Guide stakeholders to enterprise-aligned solutions addressing business needs
- Act as a connector across the business line, GL&D, and HR to drive shared ownership
- Translate strategy into structured learning journeys, programs, and experiences
- Collaborate with instructional designers and SMEs to ensure alignment with strategy and resource planning
- Establish governance, prioritization, and decision forums to maintain momentum
- Ensure programs are scalable, sustainable, and integrated into the flow of work
- Define success metrics tied to capability, readiness, and outcomes; apply formal measurement
- Analyze data to assess program performance and inform continuous improvement
- Communicate impact with executive-ready insights and storytelling
Key requirements- Six or more years of learning and development, HR, business, or managerial experience
- Strong consulting skills with ability to influence peers and leaders
- Deep understanding of business consulting, learning strategy, capability development, or performance improvement
- Expertise in adult learning principles and modern, blended learning approaches
- Experience using formal measurement frameworks and data to drive decisions
