Overview In this role you contribute to a growing, fast-paced accounting function within a PE-backed consumer services company. You will support the close process and financial reporting across lease, fixed assets, and revenue accounting in a multi-site setup. Your work helps ensure accurate records, audit readiness, and continuous process improvement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale the accounting function and enable accurate, timely insights.

Responsibilities- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, rollforwards, and schedules for monthly close
- Support lease accounting by tracking information, entering monthly entries, and reconciling lease balances
- Maintain fixed asset records (additions, disposals, depreciation) and reconcile related accounts
- Assist with revenue review, reconciliation, and investigation of unusual or incomplete activity
- Keep support organized and audit-ready; contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives
Key requirements- 2-4+ years of accounting experience in public accounting or industry
- Working knowledge of journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and monthly close
- Exposure to lease accounting, fixed assets, or revenue accounting preferred
- NetSuite or other ERP experience is a plus
- Strong Excel, organization, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
