Key requirements- Bachelor Degree or equivalent
- 4+ years HR experience
- Experience partnering with senior management
- PHR/SPHR SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred
- Knowledge of HR metrics and HR systems, preferred
- Experience leading organizational change, conflict resolution, investigations, data analytics, trainings, onboarding, preferred
