Overview As Global HR Director, you will lead and implement HR initiatives that align with business goals across regions. Responsibilities- Spearhead global HR strategy development and implementation aligned with business objectives
- Oversee workforce planning and succession planning across regions
- Partner with executives to establish global HR policies and cohesive culture
- Advise on complex employee relations issues and drive engagement initiatives
- Design and manage global compensation and benefits programs with regional considerations
- Ensure compliance with international labor laws and standardize policies and handbooks
- Lead HR data analytics to inform strategic decisions and measure initiatives
- Drive organizational development and change management across the globe
- Oversee budget and resource allocation for HR operations
- Mentor and develop a high-performing global HR team and collaborate with leadership to shape direction
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in HR or Psychology; Master's preferred
- 8 years of leadership experience; 5+ years in a publicly traded company
- Strategic mindset with ability to align HR with business goals
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
- Ability to travel up to 15% (domestic and international)
