Overview In this role you will oversee daily land development management for NVR communities under contract with third-party developers, ensuring timely approvals and sales openings. You will coordinate with the division and developer partners to navigate subdivision approvals and development improvements, identifying bottlenecks and delivering solutions to meet opening dates. You will participate in due diligence studies on new acquisitions and maintain a standard database tracking municipal and land development progress. - Monitor Community Land Use Approvals and Development Improvements
- Assist division and developer partners in understanding subdivision approval and development improvement requirements

Key requirements- Bachelor's degree required
- degree in Engineering, Urban Planning, or related field preferred
