Responsibilities- Manage the leasing process and assess resident needs
- Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records
- Demonstrate pricing, floor plans, amenities, and offerings during tours
- Support outreach marketing and resident events using creative approaches
Key requirements- Strong computer skills
- Experience in leasing apartments preferred
- Experience in Yardi property management software preferred
