Overview

In this role, you will lead enterprise change programs within the Workforce Modernization team to help clients adopt AI-enabled ways of working. You'll collaborate across stakeholders to design strategies that align people, processes, and technology with client goals. You'll coach teams on AI-enabled capabilities, develop learning experiences, and measure adoption to drive meaningful business impact. The opportunity combines change management with AI enablement in a collaborative, adaptive consulting environment.

Responsibilities
  • Design and lead enterprise-level change strategies integrating behavioral insights and AI-supported analysis
  • Deliver AI coaching to equip leaders and teams for AI-enabled work
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and communication to build sponsorship and embed change
  • Create learning experiences and digital assets to accelerate adoption and workforce readiness
  • Anticipate resistance with data-driven change diagnostics and targeted interventions
  • Establish measurement frameworks to track adoption, proficiency, sentiment, and learning outcomes
  • Provide post-implementation coaching for sustainability and continuous learning
  • Leverage AI tools and emerging tech to enhance deliverables and efficiency
Key requirements
  • 5+ years in change management with demonstrated experience leading complex initiatives
  • Experience with AI coaching
  • Knowledge of agile change management methodologies and frameworks; certifications are a plus but not required
  • Experience using AI tools, automation, and emerging technologies to improve change delivery
  • Ability to coach stakeholders and teams on AI enablement to boost productivity and outcomes
  • Proven track record designing AI-forward change approaches for large-scale transformations
  • Exceptional communication skills to influence across levels from frontline to executives
  • Collaborative, adaptable work style with comfort navigating ambiguity
  • Ability to quickly build industry fluency and credibility with cross-functional teams
