Overview In this role you will lead advanced financial modeling and management reporting to inform strategic decisions. You will extract insights from complex financial data and craft actionable recommendations for senior leadership. You'll build and maintain models, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on drivers and objectives. Responsibilities- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for revenue, expenses, and capital investments
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc management reports with metrics, variance analyses, and insights
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets, applying data science techniques and predictive modeling
- Collaborate with business units on forecasts and annual budgeting aligned to strategic goals
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify optimization opportunities and risks
- Analyze performance metrics and present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders
- Create clear data visualizations to communicate trends and insights
- Communicate results and forecasts to senior management and cross-functional teams
- Identify opportunities to improve modeling processes and reporting efficiency
Key requirements- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Solid knowledge of financial principles, accounting practices, and statement analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) to build dashboards
- Proficiency in financial modeling techniques in Excel
- Experience with FP&A software is preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
