Overview In this role you will serve as a financial leader for John Zink in Tulsa, driving financial integrity and operational performance. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen controls, improve project and manufacturing analysis, and advance work processes. Responsibilities- Ensure integrity of financial reporting, month-end close, reconciliations, and governance across businesses
- Maintain US and local GAAP compliance and internal controls
- Lead reviews of complex transactions, project accounting, inventory valuation, reserves, cost accounting, and revenue recognition
- Partner with auditors and leaders to support compliance and risk management
- Provide financial insight on manufacturing performance, project execution, cost drivers, working capital, and variances
- Lead process improvements to simplify, standardize, automate, and scale finance processes
- Leverage technology and analytics to improve reporting, forecasting, and decision-making
- Develop and coach a high-performing team and promote Principle Based Management
Key requirements- Experience in controllership, accounting, manufacturing finance, cost accounting, project accounting, or finance leadership
- Strong technical accounting knowledge including financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance
- Experience influencing outcomes across functions and levels
- Experience partnering with business leaders to improve financial and operational performance
- Experience presenting analyses or recommendations to leadership
