Responsibilities- Manage budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis to ensure fiscal discipline and alignment with goals
- Prepare and interpret financial statements, performance metrics, and indicators to inform leadership
- Oversee development and execution of financial plans to meet operational and strategic objectives
- Ensure compliance with policies, GAAP and healthcare regulations
- Collaborate with department leaders to monitor expenses and identify cost-savings
- Develop and enforce internal controls and financial policies for accurate reporting
- Lead audits with internal and external auditors ensuring transparency
- Support revenue cycle management initiatives (billing, collections, reimbursement optimization)
- Perform other duties as assigned
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of direct experience in lieu of a degree
- 2-4 years of experience in a closely related field with Bachelor's degree required
- 2-4 years of leadership experience preferred
- Master's Degree preferred
- CPA or CMA preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and manage cross-functional relationships
- Problem-solving and critical thinking
- Proficiency with Google and Microsoft platforms
- Experience with healthcare software systems
