Responsibilities- Drive total revenue performance across all segments (group, catering, business transient, leisure) to meet revenue and profitability targets
- Develop and execute the hotel's multi-year commercial plan with on-property and regional leaders
- Collaborate on pricing strategies, demand forecasting, and optimal business mix
- Lead the Sales & Marketing Optimization Process using data to identify opportunities and drive action
- Oversee B2B marketing, digital campaigns, social media, PR, and online content to grow brand presence and demand
- Ensure brand alignment with standards, corporate identity, and enterprise communication tools
- Cultivate a high-performing team through recruitment, development, and recognition programs
